Kids classes

Discipline can be fun

how we teach

Teaching kids Aikido can be both fun and disciplined by blending structured practice with playful learning.

Clear routines, respectful etiquette and consistent expectations – such as bowing, listening and taking turns – creates a sense of discipline and focus.

Our instructors praise effort, encourage cooperation instead of competition and introduce the kids to techniques and self control.  This help the kids to learn discipline is not about strictness but about respect, safety and personal growth.

All our instructors are Dan grades (black belts) with nationally recognised coaching qualifications and fully DBS checked.
